As President of Stout Management Company, Lisa's primary role is to ensure the satisfaction of all clients by consistent communication, clear and concise financial reporting and meeting the expectations on their investment.
Following the vision of the CEO, Lisa directs, monitors and supervises development and growth of the firm.
Hands on management style with all facets of the company.
Committed to the property management industry since 1978, Lisa holds the following certifications:

- Housing Quality Standards Certificate from Section 8 Housing
- Nevada Real Estate Licensee
- Nevada Property Management Permit

JERRY R. OLIVA, CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Twenty Five plus years of residential and regional property management experience.
Proven track record in lease-up of new developments, tax credit communities, re-hab, feasibility studies and acquisitions.
B.S. in Business Administration, A.R.M., Nevada Real Estate License, Nevada Property Management Permit.
Directly responsible for the successful performance of each Regional Manager and their portfolio

MIKE JASON, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Thirteen plus years experience in senior executive management.
Proficient in all executive level financial operations including financial statement preparation, project analysis, budgeting, job costing, payroll and inventory management.
B.A. in Accounting from the Eastern Washington University.
Prepares accounting records which analyze assets, liabilities, capital expenditures and other financial variables to ensure that a genuine profit is achieved and that established company standards are met or exceeded.
Coordinates daily operations and supervises Stout�s accounting department.
