EDUCATION TEAM
Provides ongoing training through structured presentations at all levels of the company to constantly upgrade the quality of services. On the job workshops where employees train fellow employees in the maintenance and leasing arenas are commonplace occurrences at Stout Management Company. These workshops are just one more unique way that Stout Management Company saves the client money, as there is absolutely no cost to the Owner.
QUALITY CONTROL TEAM
Monitors staff on a consistent basis to ensure accountability and performance. Employees always strive to meet "Stout Standards of Excellence".
TAKEOVER TEAM
Consists of employees from all positions, who are given specific assignments from first day of takeover. This team focuses on ensuring a smooth and orderly transition when a new property is acquired. "Our focus is on you" is never more prevalent than at this crucial stage of our relationship.
SAFETY/CRISIS TEAM
A team unique to Stout Management Company, evaluates potential safety concerns, ensures OSHA compliance and responds to all property emergencies (fires, floods, etc.) The objective of this team is to protect the client from liability, which can be costly if not handled appropriately.
