Taylor is a Graduate of the University of Southern California and has been with Stout Management for over 10 years. Taylor’s combined background in Brokerage and Property Management provides a unique perspective when developing strategies for each client. His primary role is working investors to understand and execute the vision for their properties. Taylor drives the strategic direction of Stout Management and is responsible for the development and growth of the firm. Taylor is a Past President of the Nevada State Apartment Association is currently an active sitting board member.
Jerry has established a reputation in the property management industry over the past 25 years through his successful management of assets and his assessment of property values. As COO, he is responsible for the successful performance of our seven Regional Managers and their managed assets. In addition, Jerry possesses tremendous talent in the areas of forecasting, budget preparation, renovations, acquisitions and increased value through improved operation execution.
Cynthia joined Stout Management 13 years ago as a Regional Manager. She has been responsible for upwards of 2000+ rental units at any given time. Cynthia has experience operating all asset classes, has performed multiple property rehabilitations, and has successfully overseen the lease up of A+ class properties. Cynthia has been in property management for 20+ years. As Regional Vice President her primary role is to improve operations and add another layer of attention to the managed assets.
